  There's no criticism I can make. As a new transplant to the area, I've made several trips already. The people I've sought out; mostly in managerial positions, are knowledgeable on every product, need, know what to suggest, understand a budget and patient. The variety, with a few exceptions, is outstanding, and they give great sales on needed items (not on just rope balls, etc ) the not-so-knowledgeable are cashier's, as it should be. Flexible 9 to 9 hours, neighborhood pet store atmosphere, spotless, and easy returns have made this my go-to shop. It's consistency and experiences like this are why shopping online is not always about saving that extra $5.00

  This place is absolutely fabulous. You totally can't beat the price for the do it yourself Doggie wash. They Supply the shampoo, the towels, the dryer. All at an unbelievably low price . The staff are extremely friendly, and helpful the store is neat clean and organized. I can't say enough good things about this place.
